Annnnnd there baaaaack!! Love to see the stores decked out in all of the latest holiday decor. Halloween & Christmas have now been lumped together but folks don’t seem to mind. This location is always neat, clean & well stocked. Employees were super helpful and I got succulents on sale for half price. I’m determined to make sure they don’t die.

There was an issue with my store credit. I had gotten my driver’s license updated and in the process they changed the number. It had previously started with your last name first initial, it now started with MD and the number was totally different. Therefore my new license didn’t work nor did my old one since it was no longer a valid number in the MD database. Allison and Kellie at the Owings Mills store worked extremely hard to resolve the issue. While it took some time, they didn’t give up and resolved the issue. Thanks to both.

Lowe's is a clean and well stocked home store. I find some pretty good deals here, and they offer a discount for using their cc. However, not a five because I have to shop carefully compared to other home stores. I think I got a good deal on a dishwasher and a lawnmower. Shop the specials, and you'll do well here. Most folks are helpful, but once a worker was condescending. I'm a DIY guy for small tasks, and he knew more than me. He might have been having a bad day.

Issues: - Was allowed to purchase an oven online. No where did it indicate a contract was required to install a new double-oven nor was it mentioned that a measurement was required first. Found out 1.5 days before it was supposed to be delivered between the convenient hours of 9am - 9pm on a Saturday. Order has been delayed 3 times for several weeks. - Called today to reschedule delivery and had an employee refuse to acknowledge my natural-born gender of female with two X chromosomes. Repeatedly called me “sir” despite knowing my name is “Rebecca”. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the employee then put me on hold with phone off the hook. I could hear them talking about me. Had to go to the store where the bomb of needing a contract for installation was dropped on me to the tune of $300. I guess Lowe’s does not expect their employees to respect ALL genders! Zero compensation was offered . All I got was an empty apology.

This is a review of this location's blind cutting and installation services. We recently purchased a set of ten standard blinds in which three of them were cut incorrectly by the store and therefore unable to be installed, which we discovered on installation day. The attention to detail was severely lacking when cutting these blinds. It has now been three weeks and we are unable to get a straight answer for when the new blinds will be cut and when the installer will complete the job. The customer service has been less than helpful and was requesting we spend even more of our time to drive out to the store again and pickup the new blinds. We recommend choosing a different store for your drapery needs.

I called prior to arriving looking For carpet cleaning machine rental and was told there were plenty. I got there and had to wait for 20 mins to be seen (literally only one person ahead of me) only to be told none of the machines were clean. Also their mice problem is noticeable. Live christmas trees not available. We went to home depot, got the machine and our christmas tree in the same amount of time it took for me to wait at Lowes customer service.

Price gouging special here! I needed 6 CPVC ells and was headed to Costco so figured I would stop in. The sign for CPVC was in the wrong aisle, but the kick $1.92 each is really too much, paid 0.62 cents at an orange store, and that's twice wholesale. Not me..
